BusinessObjects Modules

BusinessObjects software is customisable: you can decide which functions you will deploy throughout your enterprise. We adapt our training to your deployment and build our courses to match it. Our modules are tailored to the product functionalities that you select. Our training labs can be adapted to use your universes, or alternatively we provide sample universes.
Our half-day workshop is designed to allow your report writers to use your own data. They will build the reports they need with the experienced support of our trainers.

Server Administration

Scheduler, WebIntelligence and Publisher are server components of the Business Objects deployment. We offer one-on-one sessions to help you understanding the architecture and parameters of these components, and advise you on how to deploy, maintain and upgrade them.

WebIntelligence Modules

WebIntelligence software is also customisable. You decide which functions you will deploy, and we adapt our training, building our courses to suit. We can customise our modules, training labs and workshops to suit your WebIntelligence needs.

Designer

Your enterprise selected the BusinessObjects toolset as its reporting tool to access its data currently stored in a relational database. You have been designated as the "designer".
Your role will be to build the ideal interface between the database and the business users so as to empower them to create the business reports they need later. To do so you will need to learn not only how to use the Designer tool but what are the best techniques to create a user and database friendly universe.

In this course, you will learn:

• how to create enhanced performance tuning components
• how to create low maintenance objects
• how to translate the business requirements into universe specifications
